|It’s hard to believe that April marks a year since Squat2Fit opened its doors welcoming its first few mums. What started off as 3 x weekly hiit circuit classes with just five women looking to improve their overall fitness, has today grown to 9 x weekly classes offering circuits, strength and conditioning and a stretch class with a group of thirty-five plus women. |
I am overwhelmed with the support and love shown by my members and so proud of their transformations and commitment to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle. We are more than just a fitness group, but also a support group as many of these ladies have bonded and formed lifetime friendships.
Over the past year, Squat2Fit has increased its following by hosting
various community events and incentive offers, namely:
➡️ St. Dunstan’s Mums Walkathon and Bootcamp, Woking Park, 14th June 2019.
➡️ Kids Circuits – May half term and summer term 2019.
➡️ Family Colour Run – 25 July 2019.
➡️ Family Halloween Bootcamp – October 2019.
➡️ Squat2Fit Members Christmas Party – Araceli’s Mexican Restaurant, Woking.
➡️ Unlimited free pass to the public for the month of January.
➡️ Loyalty scheme for members – introduce a new person to the classes and if they sign onto our monthly membership, they will receive a free weeks pass.
➡️ The Tough Mudder 5k Challenge, which has now been postponed to September 2020. The ladies have all teamed together to raise funds for Shooting Star Children’s Hospice.
The past year has certainly been packed with non stop activities and this could not have been possible without the support of our members. I am extremely thankful and so proud of all of you. Not only have you given me the opportunity to pursue a career in which I am extremely passionate about, but I get to workout each day, with a lovely bunch of women.
