We have five weekly classes to choose from, using a combination of body weight exercises, resistance bands and hand weights for improving muscular strength. Please see the following link for our timetable.
Our sessions are challenging but fun and allows for social interaction. Like our outdoor bootcamps, our online sessions are small groups, which allows for adequate and personal feedback.
No equipment is necessary, as there are also demonstrations of the exercises without and adaptations for those that require a lower intensity or have injuries or joint problems.
