Our Strength and Conditioning classes are online via Zoom every Tuesday and Thursday from 09:30-10:15. This class incorporates dance cardio in the warm up and free weights and/or resistance bands for improving muscular strength. Additionally, our evening HIIT circuits class is every Monday evening at 6:30pm, and our Stretch & Tone classes are every Thursday at 10:30am. Please see the following link for our timetable.
Our online sessions are challenging but fun and allows for social interaction. Like our outdoor camps, our online sessions are small groups, which allows for adequate and personal feedback.
No equipment is necessary for our online sessions. However, if you would like to add some resistance to your workout, we also use resistance bands and free weights.
