*N.B Our adult morning sessions are 45 minutes, evening sessions 30 minutes and Run Club is 1hr.

As we are mostly an outdoor facility, there may be occasions when we will have to cancel a class at the last minute, due to adverse weather conditions or situations beyond our control. If this occurs, we will conduct these classes online via Zoom. You will be notified at least 2hrs in advance of this change.
