Due to the national lockdown currently enforced in England, all of our group sessions are currently online via Zoom. Our Sunday run club is currently suspended until the restrictions have been lifted. You can book your weekly classes on the following link: https://squat2fit.appointedd.com.

N.B Throughout the lockdown, our morning group sessions will begin at 10:00-10:45 Monday – Friday, 18:30-19:00 – Monday and 10:50-11:20 – Thursday.

Lift & Burn is a 4-week paid programme. This is currently postponed until lockdown restrictions have been lifted. For more information, please see the following link: https://squat2fit.com/lift-burn/

*N.B Our adult morning sessions are 45 minutes, and group run is 1hr.

As we are mostly an outdoor facility, there may be occasions when we will have to cancel a class at the last minute, due to adverse weather conditions or situations beyond our control. If this occurs, we can conduct these classes online via Zoom. You will be notified at least 2hrs in advance.
