Squat2Fit is open six days per week. Monday – Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 10am-4pm.

Run Club is held every Sunday, 8am at Woking Park, meeting at the bandstand. Sessions are £5 and must be booked on the link below:
To confirm your booking, please complete and return our registration form and PAR-Q questionnaire below.
Our personal training sessions are conducted at our private outdoor gym, located in Horsell Woking. Once you have confirmed your booking with us through our booking app, we will send you confirmation by email, which includes our gym location. As we are mostly an outdoor facility, there may be occasions when we will have to cancel a session at the last minute, due to adverse weather conditions or situations beyond our control. If this occurs, you will be notified at least 2hrs in advance of this change.
