*NB Our morning group sessions are 45 minutes, and our Run Club is 1hr.

As we are an outdoor facility, there may be occasions when we will have to change location or cancel a class at the last minute, due to adverse weather conditions or situations beyond our control. If this occurs, you will be notified at least 2hrs in advance and given the option of a make-up session.
