Squat2Fit is a fitness business located in the Woking area, offering a personalized fitness plan for women to transform their fitness goals. We have a training programme designed to help motivate you to be healthier, happier and fitter than you have ever been. Our programme consists of aerobic exercise, weight-management, strength and conditioning, positive lifestyle, one-to-one fitness, consultations and weight loss.
Kim Valente is the owner of Squat2Fit and has been a competitive athlete for over 20 years. She is a mother of two and after 19 years of working in the hospitality industry, Kim decided to ‘take the leap’ and follow her passion for health and fitness by starting her own fitness business. Kim has also worked with young athletes in developing their athletic abilities, as well as organizing and helping to prepare them for competitions.
As a young athlete, Kim’s event was the 400m sprint. However, after some time away from the sport, she returned to athletics competitively in 2016 as a mature athlete and uncovered a versatility in a wide range of sprint events including the 100m, 200m and long jump. In August 2018, Kim captured the gold medal in the women’s long jump at the British Masters Outdoor Championships and plans to continue to compete in future track & field competitions.
