Timetable

Squat2Fit is open six days per week. Monday – Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 10am-4pm.

Small group personal training sessions are £15pp and limited to five people per session. Bookings are on a first come basis and must be booked on our booking app. For more information on our personal training sessions, please see the following link: https://squat2fit.com/personal-training/

To confirm your booking, please complete and return our registration form and PAR-Q questionnaire below.

Our personal training sessions are conducted at our private gym, located in Horsell Woking. Once you have confirmed your booking with us through our booking app, we will send you confirmation of your booking by email.

Please remember to bring a water bottle with you.
