Lift & Burn

Do you want to build toned lean muscles? Then these sessions are for you. Lift & Burn is an introduction to lifting weights, using barbells and free weights at a slow controlled pace with light to moderate weights, that will challenge all of your major muscle groups.

We will work at your pace. You will not only feel comfortable and confident in lifting weights, but overtime and with consistency, you will notice a difference in your strength and the overall shape and tone of your body.

Sessions are every Tuesday at 09:30 at Squat2Fit private gym. These sessions are small and tailored and limited to four people per session. To guarantee your place, please book on early through the following link:
