Lift & Burn

Do you want to build toned lean muscles? Then this 6- week programme is just for you. Lift & Burn is an introduction to lifting weights, using barbells and free weights at a slow controlled pace with light to moderate weights, that will challenge all of your major muscle groups.
We will work at your pace and on completion of the programme, you will not only feel comfortable and confident in lifting weights, but you will notice a significant difference in the overall shape and tone of your body.
