One of the greatest joys of being a personal trainer and coach is watching your clients succeed in their fitness journey and the lovely feedback they share through this process.
Last month, I posted the incredible transformation story of my client (pictured), who reached out to me in desperate need of transforming her fitness. She felt she wasn’t achieving the results she wanted after investing so much time and energy into her gym workouts. She had reached a plateau and just could not shift the extra weight. She knew she needed a better understanding and guidance on how to manage her meals better in order to achieve the results she wanted.
After our initial consultation and recap of her current programme, I devised a tailored plan to help her manage her meals better and one that compliments her workouts. Her body responded instantly to the changes made, and most importantly, she is able to manage her meals, which fits well within her busy lifestyle and goals.
10 weeks later, and her transformation speaks for itself. I am pleased that together, we have achieved her goal and ideal weight, which she is confident that she can sustain for the long term.
True enjoyment comes from the activity of the mind and exercise of the body; the two are ever united.
