A year ago, I started working with my client, a married mother of two with a busy work schedule, who is a keen runner and did minimal weight training, with no clear understanding of how her nutrition is key in supporting her fitness goals. One of her biggest downfalls was a lack of carbs in her diet. With a tailored programme to include progressive weight lifting and a nutrition plan to complement her workouts, together, we were able to achieve her goal of building a lean, toned, balanced physique with noticeable mucle gains.
